Privacy Policy

Effective 27 October 2026 · Last updated 27 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit walletbotter.in. The short version: this is a static informational site. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not use advertising cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels.

In this policy, “WalletBotter”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of walletbotter.in.

1. Scope

This policy applies to walletbotter.in and the pages hosted on it (the “site”). It does not apply to:

  • the WalletBotter desktop application, which has not been released;
  • third-party services we link to, such as X, Telegram, LinkedIn, or GitHub; or
  • any future beta programme, which may be governed by additional terms presented before you join.

2. Information we do not collect

The site has no accounts, sign-up forms, contact forms, newsletter, comments, or payment flow. We do not ask for your name, email address, wallet address, private key, or seed phrase.

Never send us a private key or seed phrase. No legitimate WalletBotter channel will ever ask for one.

3. Information processed when you visit

The site is served by a hosting provider, Google Cloud Run, which may automatically process standard technical request data in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This can include your IP address, browser or user-agent string, the requested URL, the time of the request, and an approximate region derived from the IP address.

We do not use this data to identify individual visitors, build profiles, or track you across other websites. It is used only for hosting, security, and diagnosing technical problems. Google Cloud processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tracking technologies. Fonts are self-hosted, so your browser does not contact a third-party font service when the page loads.

5. When you contact us

If you contact us through X, Telegram, or LinkedIn, that platform processes your information under its own privacy policy. We will see the handle, profile information, and content you choose to send. We use it only to reply to you and, where necessary, to keep a record of the conversation; we do not add you to a marketing list.

Please do not send sensitive information — including private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or identity documents — through social media.

6. How we use information

We use the limited information described above only to:

  • operate, secure, and maintain the site;
  • respond to messages and questions you send us;
  • detect and prevent abuse of the site; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and on responding to a request you have made. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.

7. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information only:

  • with our hosting provider, Google Cloud, as necessary to run the site;
  • with professional advisers or authorities where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public; or
  • as part of a reorganisation, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

8. International processing

WalletBotter is accessible worldwide, and Google Cloud may process technical data in countries other than yours. Where required, such transfers are subject to the safeguards offered by the provider.

9. Retention

We keep messages only for as long as needed to answer you or meet legal obligations. Hosting logs are retained according to Google Cloud’s configuration and policies, and are not used by us to build visitor profiles.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and uses a strict content security policy. Because the site is static, it does not store user accounts or payment details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the site and the small amount of information described here.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact us on X at @walletbotter or through our Telegram channel. We may need to verify your request. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Children

The site and the WalletBotter product are intended for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the product changes. The effective date at the top will be updated, and material changes will be announced through our official channels. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

14. Contact

Questions about this policy: reach us on X at @walletbotter, through our Telegram channel, or through the contact section on the main site. For security reports, use the contact details in our security.txt.
