Terms of Use
Effective 27 October 2026 · Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms govern your use of walletbotter.in. WalletBotter is a desktop crypto wallet and trading suite that is still in development. This site is informational: it does not sell or provide the software, and nothing on it is financial advice.
In these terms, “WalletBotter”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of walletbotter.in. “You” means anyone who accesses or uses the site.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Pre-launch status
WalletBotter is under construction. There is no public build, no installer, no open beta, and no paid service. Descriptions, screenshots, statistics, feature lists, pricing, and dates on the site are plans or development targets — not commitments, and not results from a shipped product. The target launch is Q2 2027 and depends on product and market readiness. We may change, delay, or cancel features, pricing, or the launch at any time.
WalletBotter is a subscription software (SaaS) product. We will never create, launch, sell, or endorse a token, coin, NFT, airdrop, or presale. Any token, airdrop, presale, or investment scheme using the WalletBotter name, logo, or branding is unauthorised and is a scam. Do not send funds or connect a wallet to anything that claims otherwise.
Risk warning. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Crypto assets are volatile and high-risk; you can lose all of your funds. WalletBotter is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser, and we do not take custody of your assets. When released, the app is designed to run on your machine and keep your keys on your device. You are solely responsible for your decisions, your keys, and compliance with the laws that apply to you.
3. Beta and pricing
When the beta opens, the first two months will be free for participants. Participation may require eligibility, a separate beta agreement, and acceptance of release-integrity checks. Pricing shown on the site is indicative and is not active; no payment is taken now. We may change plans and prices before launch.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, servers, or networks, or probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
- introduce malware or do anything that interferes with the availability or integrity of the site;
- scrape or automate requests in a way that degrades the service for others;
- misrepresent an affiliation with WalletBotter, impersonate the project, or use its branding without permission; or
- use the site or its content to promote fraud, scams, or unlawful trading.
We welcome good-faith security research. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it through the contact details in our security.txt and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before public disclosure. We will not pursue action against researchers who act in good faith, avoid harming users or data, and do not exploit the issue.
5. Intellectual property
The WalletBotter name, logo, copy, design, graphics, and code on this site are owned by WalletBotter or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. No other licence is granted. The source repository is private during development and will open for audit before the beta; nothing on this site grants access to source code.
6. Third-party links
Links to X, Telegram, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. Downloads and release security
No downloads are available today. When releases become available, download only from the official release page linked from this site or from our verified X and Telegram channels. Do not install builds sent by direct message, posted by unverified accounts, or hosted on mirrors. Beta installers are planned to be code-signed, and every release will publish a SHA-256 hash; verify it before installing. If your operating system shows an unknown-publisher warning, stop — do not bypass it. We will never ask you for a private key or seed phrase.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on it is current. Development targets and statistics are estimates and may not be achieved.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletBotter and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or crypto assets, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the site, reliance on its content, or any trading decision. Because the site is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it, which is currently zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or any mandatory consumer rights you have.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WalletBotter and its contributors from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of law or third-party rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own negligence or misconduct.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or the product changes. The effective date at the top will be updated, and material changes will be announced through our official channels. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you, the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site.
13. General
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: reach us on X at @walletbotter, through our Telegram channel, or through the contact section on the main site.
